Absolutely gorgeous Large Limoges T&V plaque of exceptional quality. Handpainted scene with numerous cherubs & a young monk holding one in his arms. This plaque is beautifully painted & has a high glaze. The combination of high glaze & rich colors makes this magnificent piece the quality of KPM or even better. The porcelain itself measures 10 1/2" X 8 1/4". Framed it measures 14 1/2" X 16 1/2". Limoges T&V mark for Tressemann & Vogt Ca.1892-1907. MINT Condition. BP314
Fabulous Limoges plaque of a semi-nude angel leaning against a large fancy gate. Incredible detail & colors. Measures 13 1/4" X 6 3/4" in frame & porcelain itself measures 11 1/2" X 5 1/2". Artist signed on front & marked on the back with the Limoges T&V over France mark for Tressemann & Vogt Ca.1907. The Limoges Porcelain plaque is in Mint condition, although the old frame looks like it has been touched up. BP281
Handpainted porcelain plaque with lady & two cherubs. The oval porcelain measures 5 1/2" X 7 1/2" & framed it's 12 1/2" X 10 1/2". The way it's framed, we can't see the back to look for any markings. Excellent condition. BP195
Magnificent fine quality handpainted French Porcelain Plaque: L'Hiver apres F. Aubert. Depicts a chilly snow scene with a beautiful lady and nude cherub warming their hands over a small blazing fire. Look at the beautiful raised gold work on the gown and also the band around the cherubs head! The porcelain itself measures 7 1/2" X 5 1/8" and is in MINT condition. This gorgeous plaque is in it's original old frame which has had several restorations (the frame only). This is a phenomenal old piece from around 1880. AE2983
Magnificent KPM Porcelain Plaque. KPM mark on back. I cannot find an artists signature, but certainly looks like the work of Wagner. Framed in gilt metal it measures 14 1/2" X 13". The porcelain measures 9" X 7". Excellent condition. BP150
Huge, gorgeous Limoges handpainted plaque. Artist signed painting of a beautiful shepardess, staff in hand, resting as an obedient young goat stands beside. You can see the outlines of a castle to the left, in the distance. Extremely well painted by the artist, A. Johnson. Marked on the back with the Limoges D&C over France mark for Delinieres Ca.1900. Porcelain measures a huge 12" X 10" & 16 1/2" X 14" in the gilded frame. Mint condition, free of any chips, cracks, hairlines or repairs. AE3449
