Unbelievable Huge Handled Limoges Vase with big full handpainted roses back & front. This is a rare mold, extremely well painted in the manner of Sevres. 14" tall, 12" wide from handle to handle. Has Bawo & Dotter mark & Limoges mark of Boisbertrand & Theilloud Ca.1882-1902. Rare & Fabulous. Excellent condition.

This vase is absolutely stunning. Not only in the quality of the artwork----beautiful handpainted roses---but also in the high glaze and generous use of gilding. This HUGE, 16 1/2" vase was the collaborative effort of two artists and has been signed by both. The mark is Germany, circa 1930's-1940's.
