What a gorgeous Large Limoges tankard. 15" tall, 8 1/2" across the bottom and 9 1/4" from handle to spout. Beautiful gold gilding done in the manner of Pickard with fine black pen work. Handpainted grapes on both sides and artist signed. Background is green around top, fading into a pale cream down toward the bottom (sorry, camera flash washed out some of the colors) Marked on bottom with Pat. April 24, 1907 with J.P./L. France for Jean Pouyat. Only very minimul gold wear at top of rim and tiny spots on handle, other than that, excellent condition.
