Huge, gorgeous Limoges handpainted plaque. Artist signed painting of a beautiful shepardess, staff in hand, resting as an obedient young goat stands beside. You can see the outlines of a castle to the left, in the distance. Extremely well painted by the artist, A. Johnson. Marked on the back with the Limoges D&C over France mark for Delinieres Ca.1900. Porcelain measures a huge 12" X 10" & 16 1/2" X 14" in the gilded frame. Mint condition, free of any chips, cracks, hairlines or repairs.
