Gorgeous Limoges tankard with handpainted roses. North Wind spout & dragon handle. Beautifuly painted roses on both sides against shaded green background. Dramatic stylized gold work outlined in black similar to Pickard. Artist signed M. Ray. Measures 11 1/4" tall. Limoges mark is JPL for Jean Pouyat Ca.1890-1930. Dated 4-02.
